My unit was broken into and with all the cameras and security they didn't know who it was, ha what a joke they took everything I had and I got a little pissy ass insurance check, that didn't cover the irreplaceable stuff like my grandma's ashes they spilt everywhere or her jewlery I can never get back! Then they tried to charge me a clean up fee because of the mess the thief's left! What a joke!

The staff was very helpful and friendly,would definitely recommend anyone use this storage! My only issue was you can't get in after 10pm I wish it was a all night deal because I work until 9 and by the time I get off I can't go to my storage! My only complaint!
